There were two events that brought me where I am today.  

 

The first was a substitute teacher, who was subbing for me while I was away, brought me a catalog from a print on demand fabric store. This started my love for repeat patterns and surface design.

The second was taking a hand building ceramics class from a former colleague of mine at the school district. I haven't stopped touching clay since.

Blending these two treasures has given me purpose. I've developed tools for people like me who like texture and holding pretty things. I demonstrate how to make these Textured Treasures and sell them here.
